Speck from Livigno
Speck is at home in Livigno: this sausage from South Tyrol also has a long tradition in this part of the Alps, and Livigno families have been producing it for generations. Compared to the Tyrolean version, our speck is distinguished by its sweeter taste: the pork legs, 100% Italian, are flavoured with natural aromas and lightly smoked, and over the months of maturing develop an unmistakable aroma, characterised by a marked sweetness.
