Primofiore is one of our finest and most typical cheeses, a Livigno cheese product that owes its name to the grass and flowers of the high mountains on which our cows graze at Alpe Vago and Alpe Mine during the summer months. The primofiore is immediately placed in the cellar to mature in just under two months to obtain a semi-hard cheese, perfect as a table cheese with its savoury taste.
