c. Objection to processing: to object on grounds relating to the particular situation to the processing of data for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in pursuit of a legitimate interest of the Data Controller;

d. Data portability: in the case of automated processing carried out on the basis of consent or in performance of a contract, to receive the data concerning them in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;

e. Withdrawal of consent to processing for marketing purposes, both direct and indirect, market research; the exercise of this right shall in no way affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal;

Requests relating to the exercise of rights shall be processed without undue delay and, in any event, within one month of the request; only in cases of particular complexity and number of requests may this period be extended by a further two (2) months.

7. Communication and provision of data

With the exception of what has been specified for the data referred to in Article 2.1 (navigation data, the failure to provide such data coincides with the failure to navigate the website), users/visitors are free to provide their personal data and their failure to provide such data may only make it impossible to obtain the requested service.
