Discover the animals of Alpe Livigno and taste freshly milked milk
From October to May, we welcome tourists staying in Livigno (especially families with children) and all those who wish to do so on our farm. To them we show the spaces and environments where animals live when they are not in the alpine pastures, and we tell how we care for their well-being on a daily basis with all members of our family.
The guided tour in the barn allows a closer look at cows and calves with the possibility of give them milk while in the milking parlour you can try milking a cow and tasting fresh milk freshly milked. The tour ends in the farm shop with a tasting our fresh produce (cured meats and cheeses) and with the possibility of buying the goodness that comes from processing our genuine raw materials.
Visit to Alpe Vago
Enter our alpine pasture and try milking cows
The Alpe Vago tour is an ideal experience in Livigno to spend a day in the mountains in the open air immersed in nature. In order to reach this alpine pasture, one must in fact take a walk, easy and suitable for everyone on a dirt road or path, starting from the car park P8 (1 km flat walk, about 15 minutes on foot) or from the P7 car park (longer hike): in a short time you are in sight of Alpe Vago, where in addition to the refreshment stop there is the hut for animals that graze here in the summer months.
After the visit, the experience continues by coming into direct contact with the animals, with the milking test. Finally, participants can choose between a tasting a selection of our best products or one dinner directly at the hut.

Visit to Alpe Mine
Excursion with tour of the dairy, dinner on the farm and return on foot
A visit to Alpe Mine allows alpine dining in Livigno at an altitude of around 2,200 metres and to savour the most authentic nature of these places. Alpe Mine, with its grazing animals in summer, is located in the Valle delle Mine, an unspoilt corner of the Livigno valley, and can be reached on foot with a hike of about an hour and a half suitable for everyone, following a wide, unpaved forest track after leaving the car in the P6 car park in Tresenda.
The tour includes the visit to the dairy where the alpine cheeses of Livigno are produced, the dinner on a farm with typical dishes and the return to Livigno on foot accompanied by a guide (Alpe Mine also offers overnight accommodation). A romantic experience for couples or to share with the whole family.
