Alpe Livigno is ashort supply chain company very short because all our products are born here in the territory of Livigno - at the bottom of the valley where the cowshed and sausage factory are located or in the cheese factories of the alpine pastures at high altitudes - and are made exclusively with raw materials on which we can guarantee those of our animals.

  Breeding and processing techniques of milk and meat are still the artisanal ones handed down to us by our grandparents: to this heritage of tradition we add the most modern methods and technologies, oriented to the animal welfare and the food safety of products.

We are very careful to ensure that our animals a healthy, quality diet throughout the year. In summer, we take the cows to graze in the mountains, in the green meadows of Livigno's alpine pastures, and at the same time we collect and store the hay on which they will feed during the colder months in the cowshed: we produce 4000 quintals from over 100 hectares of meadows strictly in the Livigno valley.
