Not only cows: in the green pastures of Livigno we also breed goats, and with their milk we make top quality traditional dairy products. Our goat cheese is an uncooked, soft cheese made from whole, raw, short-ripened goat's milk: low-fat and light, with a typical marked flavour and all the taste of genuine mountain products.
