Prosciuttino is a cured meat that is compact in size, but big in taste. It is made from pork leg without bone and with rind, which undergoes the traditional processing and then destined to a curing period lasting at least 6 months: the time needed so that, with the fundamental contribution of the mountain climate, the ham matures all its extraordinary qualities, such as its marbled pink colour and sweet scent. The end result is a tasty and fragrant ham, light in every slice.
