Pork and beef salami
70% pork, 30% beef: our mixed salami uses the most valuable parts of the two animals, strictly Italian, as raw materials and combines them to obtain a coarse-grained, bright red salami with clearly visible fat. On tasting, one can appreciate the balance between the two components, the beef with its strong taste and the more delicate pork: the mixed pork-beef salami is ideal for snacks, snacks or aperitifs, on its own or in the company of Livigno rye bread.
