Compact consistency, long maturation, full flavour: our sliced salami is the child of Livigno's charcuterie tradition and lends itself to enriching any convivial moment. From aperitifs to snacks, from hors d'oeuvres to mixed platters, this salami is in fact ideal for slicing and tasting on any occasion, on its own or in combination with other foods, to savour all the genuineness of high mountain products. It is made from the finest cuts of pork (70%) and beef (30%) from Italian animals and matured in Livigno for 4 months: our typical salami.
