Our pork slinziga
The slinziga, a traditional Livigno sausage, can also be made with pork: the procedure remains the same, based on the artisan processing of our ancestors, but the raw material is the lean cuts of pork. The end result is a product that is lighter in colour and homogenous, with a delicate aroma that is just as exquisite.
