We work with the utmost transparency and want to involve those staying in Livigno in our daily activities. That's why we offer the opportunity to take part in guided tours of our farm in winter and of the alpine pastures we manage in the mountains in summer, where you can experience the authenticity of our products, come into contact with our animals and even try your hand at milking milk. A fantastic experience for children, families and everyone.

Starting with the processing of fresh and genuine raw materials supplied to us by animals mainly reared in the nature of Livigno, we obtain good and healthy zero-kilometre farmed products.
From mountain milk we make butter, cottage cheese, fresh and mature cheeses our fresh meat of pork, beef, veal originate from Livigno and with the noblest cuts we produce local cured meats and our excellence: the 4IT bresaola with Italian meat 100% produced in Livigno.

TAS'T Project
Historical foods and ingredients of Livigno's traditional cuisine
Alpe Livigno is among the local producers selected as suppliers for the project TAS'T (Timeless Alpine Tradition) which valorises and rediscovers the foods and flavours of Livigno's gastronomic tradition.
Thanks to our genuine raw materials and close ties with the region, we can guarantee cold meats, cheeses and butter made the old-fashioned way authentic Livigno products.

Nature, animals and good food: visit us in the alpine pastures
For many years we have managed alpine pastures in Livigno in mountain areas where animals are free to graze in the summer months and where our cheese production is located.
Alpe Vago, easily reached on foot from Livigno, is the right place to eat at the malga or snack on fresh local products, Alpe Mine a hiking destination in the unspoilt valley of the same name, offers farmhouse meals and overnight accommodation. Both riatories are open to lunch (without reservation) and at dinner (by reservation only).
