The authentic salami of tradition
We produce in our salumificio the most classic types of salami, those with the typical small format and bound with string, which due to their compactness were called hunter's salami precisely because those who went hunting used to keep them in their pockets as a snack. The traditional 100% pork salami, light pink in colour, is flanked by beef salami, goat salami and sheep salami, all made from Italian meats and all with natural gut, with an intense flavour reminiscent of the respective animal: salamis with the fragrance of tradition.
