TAS'T, Timeless Alpine Tradition
The TAS'T project was founded with the aim of handing down and disseminating Livigno's gastronomic traditions through the most authentic products and flavours of our country using local ingredients - starting with fresh mountain milk 100% - and recovering the old Livigno recipes and preparations.
Only the following are selected for the TAS'T project sweet and savoury foods belonging to Livigno's culinary tradition and locally processed with zero-km raw materials, which are indispensable on the breakfast or snack table. Alpe Livigno's most special productssuch as cold meats and dairy products prepared as in the past, could not be missed.

Our historical products for the TAS'T Livigno Project
Slinziga
In its two versions (100% Italia and 100% Livigno), the artisanal salume is similar to bresaola but smaller and more substantial.
Brasc'caròla
Special Livigno bresaola with meat from cattle born and bred in Livigno, more mature and longer.
Salà m da bà ita
Typical salami from Livigno, ideal to eat with rye bread as a snack.
Panceta
Bacon the way we make it in Livigno: with meat from our pigs and an artisanal process.
Bondiöla
In the rest of Italy it is called coppa, in Livigno Bondiöla: a spiced sausage marinated in Valtellina red wine.
Bidul
Livigno's legendary mountain butter, made from the milk of Livigno's cows.
Scimudin
The typical soft cheese from Valtellina, with a sweet milky flavour, prepared with local ingredients.
Alpine cheese
Directly from our alpine pastures and high mountain dairies, a cheese with an authentic taste.
