We produce the <strong>fresh mountain ricotta<\/strong> directly in our dairy at Alpe Vago, from the whey left over from cheese processing: the result is a genuine and tasty dairy product that preserves <strong>the freshness of mountain milk<\/strong> and immediately recalls the taste.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/alpelivigno.it\/en\/products\/cottage-cheese\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Discover the ricotta cheese from Alpe Livigno<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Salamino and slinzega<\/h3>\n<p>The highlight of the shepherd's basket are the cold meats, and in particular two <strong>typical cold cuts of Livigno<\/strong> that we produce in our own charcuterie factory at the Alpe Livigno farm, from <strong>Italian meats <\/strong>safely sourced and of high quality:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>two types of <a href=\"https:\/\/alpelivigno.it\/en\/products\/sausages-beef-pork-sheep-goat\/\">salami<\/a> (the<strong> beef\/sausage<\/strong> and the <strong>pure pork salami<\/strong>), in the classic traditional format, with a rustic and authentic flavour.
